  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a exchange authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect.
  4. Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the exchange item, we will process your exchange (minus any applicable shipping fees) or send you a replacement item.
