Eligibility for Exchanges
- Items must be exchange within 3 days of purchase.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Prescription gLasses are non-refundable, and non exchangeable.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be exchange.
How to Initiate a exchange

- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a exchange authorization number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect.
- Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the exchange item, we will process your exchange (minus any applicable shipping fees) or send you a replacement item.
